Return & Refund Policy
At Bible Baazar, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it
- It must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
- The return request must be made within 15 days of purchase

Important:
- The customer is responsible for sending the parcel back
- Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:
- A defective item
- A damaged product
- A wrong item
Contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged by the customer (unless proof is provided that damage occurred during delivery)
- Sale items, including:
- Seasonal sales (Summer, Winter, Autumn, Eid, etc.)
- Clearance sale items
- Discounted products
- Orders placed using discount codes
- Customized products
No return or refund on customized products made specifically according to your requirements.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item:
- First return the original item
- Once approved, place a new order for the desired product
A 35% charge of the original invoice value will apply for exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected
- If approved:
- A 30% deduction will be applied from the original amount
- The remaining amount will be transferred to your preferred payment method
Processing Time:
Refunds may take 3–12 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
