Return & Refund Policy

At Bible Baazar we want you to be happy with every Bible, book and gift you receive. Please read this policy before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging (including any box, cover or wrapping).
• Please keep your order number or proof of purchase, as we will need it to process the request.

How to Request a Return

Message us on WhatsApp at +92 342 1704663 or email biblebaazar@gmail.com with your order number, the item name and the reason for the return (photos help). If your request is approved, we will share the return address and instructions. Parcels sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the return courier charges. If the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, Bible Baazar will cover the return cost.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please check your parcel as soon as you receive it. If a Bible or book arrives torn, with missing or misprinted pages, a damaged cover, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can fix it with a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged or written in by the customer after delivery.
• Personalised or name-printed Bibles and gifts (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect).
• Items on clearance or final sale.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different item (for example another language, size or edition) is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Because orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 5–7 working days. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect. If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact us.
